A short history of Aqualife...
Aqualife Services Limited was founded in November 1996 on the beautiful Island of Skye, off the West Coast of Scotland and started life as Skye Vaccination. The company grew quickly, from vaccinating 3 million salmon parr in its first year to 24 million in 2001.
In 2000 the company name was changed to Aqualife Services Ltd. The business has continued to grow and establish itself as the market leader under this name.
As the first company to offer a dedicated vaccination service, demand in Scotland was intense and Aqualife services quickly became established as the leading service provider.
Aqualife Services continued development, provided an opportunity for substantial growth by extending their fish vaccination service into the significant Norwegian fish farming industry.
Accordingly, since 2001, Aqualife Services has become Norway's leading service provider, with an established office and vaccination teams experienced in working in Norway.
Over the last few years Aqualife Services has set the standards for fish health in all the areas it operates in and has set the benchmarks on double vaccinating for pancreatic disease.
The Company is exploring new opportunities throughout Europe and Asia, completing fish vaccination in France, Ireland and the Faroes.
