We’ve moved !

The company’s Head Office is now sited on the Stirling University Innovation Park while our technical department has moved into a unit in the town’s Springkerse Industrial Estate.

Company MD, Ronnie Soutar, said “Moving our HQ onto the Stirling University campus is a major step in the development of Aqualife and key to our strategy of being leaders and innovators in farmed fish care. We already have close ties with academics in the university’s Institute of Aquaculture and this new base will help further develop those links. The Innovation Park has a real buzz about it and feels like the right place to be for a developing company like Aqualife.”

Head of Innovation Park, Lynn Blaikie welcomed Aqualife’s move. “We are delighted to have Aqualife join the companies who have found their home here on Stirling University Innovation Park. With the SAIC just across the road from Aqualife’s new office and Landcatch next door, we really are building a hub of aquaculture innovation here.”

The new technical unit will also significantly increase Aqualife’s R&D capabilities. Technical Director Phil Brown said “Aqualife is committed to innovative technical development, particularly in the area of machine vaccination. Building on a successful KTP project with the University of the West of Scotland, we are now focussing on the rapid development and deployment of ground-breaking technological improvements to the vaccination process. The new workshop gives us the space and facilities to realise our potential.”
